Uncollected child procedure

 

If any parent is going to be late picking up their child, they must inform the nursery as soon as possible

 

Nursery will allow 15-30 minutes for a parent to arrive or get in contact before taking any action.

We will firstly

 

 Try and contact the parent/s on their work, home and mobile numbers

 

If unsuccessful we will

 

Attempt to get in contact with the emergency number supplied on their records

 

In the severe case we will contact social services
